A good habit to get into during your week is spending at least 5-15 minutes of your day cleaning and tidying up a room or area of your home!

Because taking as little as 5 minutes each day to do some quick cleaning and tidying up helps to keep your home from turning into a total mess by the end of the week!

And the last thing we want to do at the ending of the working week, is have a huge pile of mess to clean up! (cause we all know that is not very motivating or fun!)

Start by Choosing Small Tasks

By choosing small tasks each day, you'll feel good as you achieve them, and your home will start to feel organised and clean which makes a huge different to your mindset in the week.

If everything is put away you feel like you have more time to enjoy your day doing what you want, when it's tidy you feel at peace (there is no stress or overwhelm!)

All the little tasks over the week then add up so that by the weekend you have time to spend how you want doing the things you love!

Here are 10 Quick Activities you can do each day!

1. Make the Bed

2. Give the Bathroom bench and sink a wipe down

3. Sweep or use a handheld vacuum to go over high traffic areas

4. Clear clutter on the bench or in a draw

5. Empty rubbish bins

6. Put clothes away and tidy shoes

7. Tidy up the fridge

8. Sort mail & paperwork

9. Put away items in the lounge or dining area

10. Dust a room of the house

Remember!

It doesn't have to be a huge tidy up of every room of your house each day, pick a small area or room to focus on so you don't get overwhelmed or create a bigger mess you don't have time to finish.

Any task you do each day is better then none at all.
